The prices add up fast just like anything else. The swap is the most expensive part. A ruckus usually runs around $1,000-$1,800. They sell really fast so sometimes you have to bite on a more expensive one. The "Swap Kit" is $2900. The D.O.R.F. seat frame is $230 and the handlebars were also $240.
