like the title says. what is the best way you deal with stress. don't say sex, shooting guns, drugs driving fast cars. these are too obvious. I need something to help me with stress.

You took all the good options off the table..... sex guns and drugs, if only i could find a girl who would have sex with me while i was high and target shooting.... i'd probably marry that one.

The gym is the best stress relief, especially if said gym has a swimming pool and/or basketball court.

driving while listening to music, or just listening to music. sometimes i got chill on the beach and just listen to the ocean. my mini z racing helps me zone out and focus on other things. but gym right now is a great and also another addictive thing that helps me deal w/ stress

Well if thats the case ive found over the years the best options are

A) find another girl
B) Go to the Gym
C) Hang out with friends

Go to the gym and try a dating sight. The world we live in has changed, people no longer meet in grocery stores or at the mall, everyone is on the damn internet. It's very easy to meet someone.... 15 someones... on dating sights. Okcupid.com POF.com

and in the mean time, a physical hobby is your best bet. Go find a gym where you can play basketball or take a martial art. It's a good way to meet some new people.

Im stressed like a mother fucker right now too.
I don't know why though, alcohol and drugs haven't helped but that my lifestyle not my stress relief.

I think riding around with some friends listening to music is the way to go.

Meditation.

Yoga.

I hear pot helps, but drugs aren't my thing.

Get a massage.

Go out with friends and play pool or bowling or whatever.

Take up a new sport like skateboarding or rock climbing.

Why not take up some internal Chinese martial arts? Tai Chi is a great one (even better if you can find someone who teaches the combat version). The breathing exercises plus the stances and slow movement will help build up inner health and strength. And perhaps concentrating on the slow movements to get it correct will help with forgetting your troubles that cause you stress. And no, you can't learn that shit from a book or video.

Be more optimistic.. I've been in some deep stuff in the past, and always remain positive... However, I've been on this "way of thinking" for about 3 years now.. Things really didn't stress me as much in the past, but recently, very little stress.. if any..Not sure what will right now..

But, Gym, new sport, something... I have 2 fish tanks and looking at that for a few minutes, you lose track of time... I started playing golf about 16 month ago... And is a pretty good to get your mind off things.. And while doing all that, I lost 53lbs.. Yea boiiii !

Buy a fast, loud, appealing car. Some nice roads and drive places for no reason.
