need advise on this honda

went to check this honda out. Honda Civic Del Sol Si with B17A1 GSR DOHC VTEC Swap (http://atlanta.craigslist.org/nat/cto/3851551897.html)
I don't know much about hondas. the guy was kind of an ass and couldn't show me papers to prove work done to the car. but I've been looking for non abused honda and this one fits the bill so wanted to see what the more honda oriented guys thought about this one. or if anyone knows this guy selling this car

if you like the car and the price just see if he going to let you take the car to a shop to do a compression test or leak down test,now for the tranny you gonna have to do test drive the car or put it on the dyno.

Yeah, 4200 for a del sol? I wouldn't do that. In the end it's just a civic with an old gsr swap. And it doesn't even seem to have an intake on it.

A guy i know had his car broken into and lots of parts stolen while it was parked at a well known shop. This guy had all the parts at his house, if you search his phone number, he has TONS of hondas and car parts for sale.

Says he can probably produce a picture of the receipt for the trans rebuild (I think that's what it said, looked at the ad over an hour ago) in my opinion means "let me find someone online who has a picture of a receipt on a similar procedure and text you a picture of that one".

If KING MOTORSPORTS rebuilt the trans, they would have a receipt. I highly doubt it. I have shadow called this kid before, I wouldnt trust him at all. He likes to lie about a bunch of stuff. And hes a known car parts thief
