Riding to work the other day they had the bridge downtown shut down.... i thought it was for repairs or something, but apparently not.... theyre shooting a movie right around the corner from where i work. Looks as though it's gonna be a really cheesy car movie.

That area is pretty bad - I've seen it flood over there. Up here, they keep it as close to spotless as they can. We just had two benches installed yesterday down by the river in my neighborhood. Of course, it's pretty expensive to live up here.

It's Night and Day, I would take my son north on river, but never will I take him in this area... Lucky for me we have Sweet Water Creek Park close with lake, so I take him there to fish! ;)

Pretty much every river that runs through a major city has sections of trash floating in it. It's inevitable so it's not like it should be a big deal because a picture is found with some trash in a river. Doesn't mean the river is completely trashy through town. On the contrary, it is more clean than trashy through the city. Just like most rivers running through a city.
