That body style is my favorite civic sedan ever. I'm not in love with the color combination though. If the wheels were silver or polished and the grille and some of the trim was black instead of red, it would be bangin.

Why are you so worried what other people think? Stand up and be a man about it. Get it or don't, either way own your decision and respect will follow.

Looks great.....The only thing I'm not real big on is the wheels ,but those can be changed. Yeah it is a civic, but do what you want to do. Good luck with the decision dude.

I like it! Mugen's aren't much more are they? If you're into that I know I saw a mugen on CL recently around $18k much better deal.

Also why does every car have to be "rare" in some way nowadays.. and if a car is truly rare, you don't have to advertise it!

It's not rare by any means. You can order the HFP kit from Honda pre-painted and slap it on any standard 8th gen civic. Mugen Si still probably isn't worth 18K. It's slower than the standard Si. It would have to be very low miles or that price to consider it.

Yea, that's what I was saying - the seller says the car is rare!

The Mugen is only slower than the coupe b/c of its weight. But when compared to a 4 door, I think it has the same acceleration with better skid pad numbers due to the revised suspension and weight savings on the wheels. Overall balance on the Mugen should be better and it has the looks. Plus you get exclusivity which, although chic, will help the car hold a higher value in the future when compared to a non-mugen. Then again, the car the OP is looking at has Nav. which is a plus.

Your probably right - I wouldn't get a Mugen unless it was the right mileage and price.

Here you go, the Mugen Civic Si I mentioned is back at $18,000 with 80k miles! You could probably negotiate a better deal and this car will be worth way more than a standard 8th gen over time.

I'm guessing you left out a word there in that sentence....

How much did you spend on that accord? This should be hilarious if you don't lie.

Sticker Price was 30-32k, I didn't buy the car though, and though it is a nice car, there are alot more options for 30-32k, but we had to trade in a Maserati and blah blah blah.

I knew you were good for a few laughs.I have no idea what's going on here. But if it's a Bi-turbo, I'd trade it in with a quickness before they figure it what a turd it is and make me pay extra for them to take it.

Right on the money. I'm not complaining though cause they don't drive it and it is basically mine, however, not.

And on the Maserati, traded it in for 2 cars, parents didn't think it was necessary to spend 1k+ a month on a car.

Since you were still paying for the Maserati, the Accord isn't paid off.. therefore it is the banks lol
