I have been searching forever for a good photo shoot location in Atlanta, but do not get in town enough to look for a good place. If you have a good place post up some pics of the area and a location so everyone else can give it a shot! Thanks

The best place is probably StudioSpaceATL - it has the best lighting.
Studio Space Atlanta Vehicle Access (http://www.studiospaceatl.com/vehicle-access.html)

Outside of a studio, the lighting is always changing, so different places are better than others at different times. Most photographers probably aren't going to tell you where their favorite spots are, so you don't go and screw the location up for them.

Any decent photographer can turn just about any location into a decent place to shoot.

Not to talk too down on you, but a true photographer will go and venture out to find the best shoot that catches his eye. It is how a true artist stands out from someone in the "me too" crowd.

But if you want a good spot, go to downtown or midtown Atlanta looking for a bar. You'll be surprised.

around the lake lanier area it's pretty nice, and what this guy said ^^^^^^ is true, all those graffiti backgrounds are getting kinda old to me...

Well i live about 45 minutes south of Atlanta and am doing this for a few friends in the area up there. I also work 60 hours a week on 2 jobs and have almost no time to explore like i would like to and like i used to. The big thing is we will be doing some model shooting with it and i kind of want somewhere secluded so it fells better for her. lol

You should post some pictures of this model, it would help us figure out the best locations to accentuate her...features.:boobies:

Seriously, it's all in the eye of the person holding the camera...what I or anyone else things is a "good" location might be labeled "crap" by someone else. Hell, use Google satellite view and street view to look at areas, I know I have used that a number of time to get an idea about some places. Have a visions and be creative. You have not given us any ideas on what you are looking for or what you have in mind. I'd even go as far as saying post up some of your previous pictures/shoots so we might have an idea of what you're looking for....
