for most it's probably likely they won't return. the insurance companies are not going to help them out and they've already spent most of their federal aid on moving elsewhere. who wants to live in a giant flood basin?

it is suprising to see the car dealerships and such still looking like ghost towns though.

it is suprising to see the car dealerships and such still looking like ghost towns though.The entire city looks like the parking lot or park after a concert...trash everywhere...w/ appliances and stripped cars still sitting on the side of the interstate. There were even cars upside in ditches and canals. The dealerships were 50/50...some had cleaned up and restocked then others had busted windows with light poles and debri still sitting on top of cars that haven't been washed in over two months.
