Found about 150 cards.

And I just shat myself. The first card I picked up and looked up is worth about $100. I think all of my cards are Alpha editions! WTF I had no idea.

Yeah the site I m at had all the cards pictured. I have quite a few of the Alphas, betas, and the revised. I think Ill hold on to a couple of the Alphas but if ya want to come by you can take a look at the other cards and we can make a deal. I am just up the road from ya on Wade Green.

I didn't realize anyone still played this, or that some of them were worth that kind of money.

Yeah, several of the old cards go for $100s.

Its actually pretty easy to tell the difference between Alpha, Beta and Revised. Alpha have the more rounded corners with a black boarders and due to the boarder difference, until card protectors came out could not be used with the other editions in tournament play because they were shaped differently. Beta had the same black boarder but went to the standardized shape. Revised kept the same shape but lost the black boarder and went to a white one. Fourth Edition followed with white boarders and better printing making the cards more aesthetically pleasing but it lost all of the rare and powerful cards that existed in the previous editions.

My three big Alphas are Mana Short, Serra Angel, and my big big Nevinyrral's disk. Also have all those in the revised.

Didn't really get into it that much myself. Had a few friends that were all about it. Although, I did hustle trading cards a little lol.

Get MTG on Steam, its about 10$? 15$ with expansions, really fun campaign and multiplayer, well worth it.

I might just do that. I heard something about a new expansion coming soon so I might wait for that.

Yeah, and theres glitches if you dont feel like getting 40 cards for each deck, wich you get 1 card for each win with whatever deck your using, can also manage your deck, so pretty fun, 20$ worth of magic for sure.
