Or is it just my car? Let's see its been 5 months. I've spent over 4k in parts, machine work is gonna cost 2k, plus another 1k for install. WHile machining i have bought more parts am dnow i need rocker arm pivots which i cant even find. Nobody knows if the sr20de ones will work on a det. even if they do i dont know which ones to buy. I HATE BUILDING CARS NOW. i have lost all joy an dhope for this stupid 240 and i am about to give up. I dont even care when i get it back anymore. Hell it can be next fuckin spring for all I care. Fuck nissans.

I believe the DE ones WILL work on the det. Now dont hold me to it but that part of the valve train isn't fwd/rwd specific and I believe the grex rocker arm stoppers work on fwd/rwd so the DE ones work because sr20de and det fwd parts are interchangable. (If that makes any sense) I just remember shit I had from my 240/G20 interchanging.

Now I dont know where you'd get them but If you call Jarco maybe they can pop out the upper valvetrain for you.

I believe the DE ones WILL work on the det. the valves themselves should definitely be different if im not mistaken... They may be similar but the DET ones should be sterlite impregnated so they can withstand the heat of the boosted car... well the exhaust valves anyways... But do ur research man... what good is spendin all that money if u pussy out over a few cents to get it done right ;)

You couldn't scrap very much from a de head if you were doing anything with a det with more than bolt ons. You have to replace it with aftermarket anyway in most cases. Don't want to put that used bullshit in a motor you want to be fresh you know.
