Just starting a build thread.

The suspension on the car was SHOT!
Did Weltmeister springs and Sachs struts. Got a great deal on the struts/shocks. Also lowered the rear as much as I could without re-indexing.

Bakes are Zimmerman blanks, stainless lines, semi metallic pads and Ate Super Blue fluid.

Installed Weltmeister Dme and Klr chips.

Interior before, it was beat to hell and stained tan.

After.
Waiting for it to warm up before I finish painting the lower panels. Also need a black driver door panel.

Stock airbox was busted. So put a ricer filter on it until I get a MAF conversion kit (Vitesse or Rogue).

Also did a tune up. Plugs, wires, distributor and been replacing vac lines with silicone when I feel like it.

I've always liked those 944 line Porsches, maybe one day I'll get a turbo one. Be sure to get some of the Porsche twist wheels and all will be well :)

Since November. It's been a lot of work. With a good bit more ahead. Motor mounts and need to find a oil leak.

Did the previous owner live in gwinnett? And is the motor built? There used to be a clean one EXACTLY like this that came out to the park n ride/etc back in teh day. It was pretty fast too.

These wheels are amazing IMO, I'd keep them over the turbo twists.

I want to have sex with this car.

The wheels look a bit better in the pics. The finish is starting to peel and a center cap is missing.
edit: And the tires are dry rotted.
