The amount of hate is hilarious. Different people have different taste. Bunch of folks come together to a car meet. Whats wrong with that? You don't like the cars, oh well. How about you take yours out there or somewhere else instead of talking noise about what you see. Those folks there are having fun just coming together. Whats the problem? If we were to look back at all the cars from meets 10 years ago, there would be a lot of negative comments about paint, body kits and stereos (but most of the cars were physically complete and clean). But back then, people were a lot less judgmental about what other people were doing. So it's unfortunate that today's trend is unfinished cars and stickers. While I'm not a fan of it by any means, an I facepalm at a lot of it, its just what it is. I don't like that people can look at their cars being all beat to crap and think "yeah, I'm ok with that". Things will change eventually though, as they always do. I know my opinions about some of those cars, but I'm really trying not to be so quick to type without thinking...and I think that if people would also start to think before spouting off, we would all benefit. If you want to change things, practice what you preach and try to influence things for the better. There is no point fighting about it IMHO.

I was talking to my fiance last night about this thread. Seems to me like its just a generational clash. An unfortunate trend these days is that the ragged out pos has become trendy. I equate this to this hipster scene that tries to make old dead fads cool again. Cool from the perspective that you can feel good about your broken down pos. But crappy from the perspective that it opens the floodgates for an entirely new generation of ricers.

I hate stickers too, but I chalked that up to becoming old and only commented about the dick 240 missing the front bumper. Which is played out even for this newer generation.
