And i'm looking for some advice and links to quality engine builders that can make me around a 220+WHP naturally aspirated H22.
I have a budget around $5,000 for the motor to be built and I already have the longblock and head.
Or....Should I just go turbo?

Check out jdmracingmotors.com for the motor itself. What motor do you have now?
EDIT: Saw your other thread. You could either do some light engine work to help with reliability, then boost it, or you could go the N/A route. If you go N/A, I know someone you need to check out/talk to. If you've been around Ludes and the prelude forums a while, I'm sure you know who I'm talking about.

I need advice.
Who do I need to talk to? I'd really like to go N/A. I know my limitations and I don't want to build the engine myself. I want something turn-key I can just drop in and install myself.
