If you're looking for a walk in, walk out type of place:

There's a summit racing about an hour away SummitRacing.com (http://www.summitracing.com/customerservice/about/retail?ibanner=FB3)
You also have Karboyz, not far from you in Norcross: Karboyz (http://karboyz.com/)
Then there's a ton of used/new aftermarket parts on craigslist, but you have to know what you need. eBay Motors was one of my favorite picks, but it's not local.
Also, you have IA classifieds, which will have more aftermarket stuff than OEM: CAR PARTS FOR SALE (http://www.importatlanta.com/forums/car-parts-sale/)

If you're talking performance parts, another option would be Nad Auto- close to KarBoyz. They sell imported japanese engines, which sometimes is cheaper/more reliable/better than adding aftermarket performance mods, considering you have a civic.

If you're trying to go turbo, most of the parts you need aren't civic-specific. Nothing is hard to find for your car.
