Gwinnett Thursday MEET: What happened to it??

Ok so I've been gone for over a month, I get back and find out that Gwinnet thurdays Meet is no longer being held at WildBills ??? WHY?? ...and that last time it was held at a park of Pleasanthill Rd across from the wal-mart and the police kicked everyone out! What the hell.... Even the thread on here about Gwinnett Thursday Meet was closed!? No one can tell me what is happening with the meet, is it dead like all other before it? I thought all was cool with wildbills we even started paying $2 so that there would be security and be safe! SO...WHAT HAPPENED? Sammy,...any body..???

Well, what I know is that it's a lot of people acting stupid, which gets us kicked out of locations, so Sunny(and his team) has to find another location. The one Thursday wasn't official, so I think that was just the time that that area closed. Are you in the group on Facebook?

They moved the meet to the Publix parking lot, Still on Pleasant Hill and Sweetwater Rd.

yoooo man im with you i got back from my 2 tour to afganistan and went to wild bills no onw was there but it is still going on at the park on pleasanthill i was there this past thursday we will be there agin this thursday

We were having conflicts with Wild Bills on days they had bigger events on Thursdays, and they weren't happy that most of the people weren't coming inside. Since the Wild Bills Lot is owned by the Mall, we moved it to the Sears parking lot. The mall had set straight forward guidelines, strict ones. Just one 2 burnouts made them think otherwise about hosting the meet, after that I just scheduled it for the park till a permanent location is secured, and let things cool down a bit. We are good at the park, I have involved Gwinnett PD in it, and as long as we all respect public property & the public there, they will let meet be there temporarily. We did get run off one time, wonder why lol.

A new permanent location (OG Location) is in works, but not going to release it until all is done. In the mean time meet is scheduled here, no parking fee. It's free.

Parking Conflict, they wanted the lot for their Thursday nights. Which I don't get, because the lot sits empty other than on big events.
