I need an s13 shell pretty badly to be honest all I need is a solid frame with a core support that hasn't been smashed up and both quarter panels in good condition and I have everything else. It doesn't even have to roll but I guess it's a plus. Not trying to spend to much on a shell that's so incomplete but let me know what you got and we can work something out. Also I have $500 worth of gopro stuff I don't use much anymore if anyone wants to trade.
