There in great conditon. one rim has a little rash. I bought one new tire for it. The rest are 30 percent. You can still drive on them. The center caps are still there. 5x100 or 5x114. Not sure of the offset. I'm looking to trade for some black rims or the celica factory 16 inch wheels with good tires. I'll sell for 400 bucks. Just let me know. Text me at 478 235 8005.
