Cold Start tuning help

I am tuning with ectune and I have the afr where i like them when in boost and vacuum. The problem i am having is the past couple of mornings have been pretty chilly down here and my car runs madddd rich at idle and rich while driving until it warms up. (example driving while cold the afr is 11.0-11.8 but when it warms up, 5-10mins later it is 13.8-14.3 while cruising in fifth.)

I have been looking at two possible tables

one being the ect corrections table and the other being the idle ign corrections table. I messed with the ect this moring and it looks as if my car will now idle at redlights when cold yet it still is running rich 12.00......but once it warms up it is 14.0ish at idle.

any help or suggest will be greatly appreciated.
