It's a whopper. I'm sure this one will make the headlines at some point today.

I don't see anything bad from it, if you can vote, vote, that's the main point I got.

sexual innuendos are normal in politics? I guess this post reflects what i feel is a major problem in america. I see a ridiculously stupid ad like this and wonder what type of person would actually be moved by it, then i come here and see that a 24 year old relates to it. You are the target audience i guess. Mission accomplished for Obama campaign.

To me......the video reflects a highly uneducated individual. The youth of today (18-28) are, for the most part, easily manipulated and uneducated when it comes to politics. Not all, but most.

Would Obama show this ad to his children?

Right, I related to it because I'm smart enough to see the reasoning. This ad would not make me want to vote for anyone, nor do I connect with it. See it's people that look at these ads and make assumptions that can't be taken seriously. It's a commercial, not a representation of anyone.

I disagree, I think the youth today for the most part is largely more educated in politics than ever before, but there's also a huge wealth of BS. Social networking in my opinion is the cause of both ends of it.

People that read Facebook posts and pictures manipulated to swing one way and just believe that are the stupid people, they preach BS and have no clue what they're even arguing. The whole 99% morons come to mind there.

I think this ad was aimed at the hippie 99% kids more than anyone else. lol

Why not? I see nothing overly sexual about it. It's slightly weird, but not shocking. Do you not watch TV?

Simon....my comment was directed at the same crowd you speak of regarding social media. Most people believe everything on Facebook or the news as it is reported.

No, you related to it because you're a simple minded young person who has been manipulated by the media. You're a typical apologist. If you think that ad is appropriate in any way, then you're a moron.

This ad is relating voting to losing your virginity..... with a young girl reaching out to a young girl audience. Are you really this stupid? i know you think i'm an asshole, get in line... almost everyone else does too, but dont make yourself look like a retarded jackass just because you're trying to disagree with me.

Or elect someone that COULD fix it, not will, but possibly could, right now as equally as Obama can.

Plus Obama has far better views on everything else than Romney does. It seems like Romney's solution to everything is to either get rid of it or hand it down to the states.

I don't agree with any of Obama's mass spending or raising the deficit, what I do support are his other views. Health care, public schools, abortion and women's rights, etc.

The opinion of our founding fathers was that the federal government should not be the monstrosity that it has become. It wasn't until after 1900 that the federal government started growing itself to its much larger size and reach.

Not everyrhing should be a federal issue. Most things shouldnt be as states do not face the exact same issues.

A suggestion is to let the states compete for growth in population and business location. History shows that this works well and reins in some costs. Controlling from a federal level reduces competition between states and they increase taxes on those who cannot afford to relocate.

There are pros and cons, sure, but has no president tried giving more to the states? If it is somethings, I agree, Romney made some good points in one of the debates about things going to a state level, I completely agree with some.
