"needs to STFU" or "STFU" option and for every 5 people that select the "needs to STFU" option it steps you up a level on punishment. For example.... 5 people - limits your character count on your post to 20, 10 people, bans you for 10 minutes, 15 people, bans you for an hour.

or.......... just give every single person on the site the authority to ban e36slide.
