96 Civic Automatic to Manual swap question

Car: 96 civic Ex
Motor: d16y8
Problem: No IACV water lines to hook up/Wiring after changing to manual intake manifold

Story: So after swapping the auto intake manifold to a manual D16Y8 IM. I cant figure out how to wire up the IACV and hook up the water lines to it. This motor doesnt have the fitting on the water rail behind the engine :thinking:
Any help would be greatly appreciated as well as any other tips/advice on wiring

take what you need from auto you using auto harness

i did auto to 5 speed with ls swap in eg using auto harness
