I have a B18B1 head that has been ported and polished and also a 3 angle valve job. The head has stiffer springs installed and aftermarket valves. The head has been sitting so could use a cleaning. Comes with everything except dizzy. Head helped make around 200hp on a B18B1 N/A motor. Asking $250. call/text 478-508-0327 thank you
