anyone know where I can legally download music from other countries

as stated in the title I want to download some music from a german band but Itunes won't let you download any foreign music.
artists I want to download: fettes brot, fantastischen vier, ferris mc

Try soundclick.com or use a youtube 2 mp3 convertor. Works for me.
