Hey, I swapped the intake mani from my 1996 d16y7 to a 1998 d16y8 mani. All is put back together correctly (I hope). My problem is that the throttle cable seems too long. The throttle cable from the d16y8 is shorter, so how would I work around this?  I know someone on here knows what I am talking about. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Need answers ASAP.
Thanks

make sure you have the cable stop from the y8 installed in the stock location of the y8 manifold and you use the y8 throttle body if you are doing an iacv conversion or use the throttle body pully from the y8 on your y7 throttlebody.
i'm still using my stock y7 cable on my y8 manifold.
