problem with 84 supra

well i got a problem with my 84 supra .... idk wat it is so i need help
when i go to start my car it starts up then i shuts off right after and i will continuously repeat over n over .... they only way i can keep the car on is if i step on the gas as soon as it comes on but as soon as i let the gas go it shuts off .. so wat is it i need help ..

Sounds like a blown fuse.

It could be a number of things(loose connections, clogged catalytic converter and etc). When is the last time the car had a tune up?
