i dont see where the guy is resisting...they struggled to get that fat fuka up, then slammed him to the car....searched him pulled him up by his hair brought him to the back of the car, still pulling him by his hair, searchign him again, and still not telling him what he's arrested for...that's police brutality, period

The cop is in the wrong clearly. Cops shouldnt respond with emotion in any situation.

with that said........

People need to quit testing cops and learn some manners. Yelling at a cop is never going to work out for you. Having a crowd of people also yelling at cops is never going to work out for you. Most of the people seen or heard in this video deserve to have their ass beat....... but that doesnt make it right for a cop to do it.

He resisted a bit at the end, he wouldn't get into the squad car, I didn't see anything to justify a kick the the chest though. On the bright side tho... The video made me chuckle.

I think I'd like a few extra officers if I was arresting someone and people clearly didn't like it.

Look the guy up they arrested, he has a long record. Maybe he has been dangerous before? Maybe he has resisted? The cop at the beginning wasn't very big, I don't get the kick either, but...

i dont see where the guy is resisting...

This is part of the problem with these "fuck the police" videos. A lot of these videos conveniently leave out what may have led to this "brutality" behavior. All people post up is the end result in an attempt to make the police always look like the aggressors.

At least it seems this way to me. Later, QD.

I get what you're saying, and I probably would too if I was an officer, but I've never seen that much police officers to bring down one guy.

I agree that the kick, hair pulling and so on was brutality. However, for all we know he could have wacked that cop in the face before the start of the video. Maybe the officer tried to arrest him peacefully and he resisted (as he did while getting into the car), which lead to the pepper spray and such. Maybe he actually injured the officer.

Folks make a lot of assumptions when it comes to these videos.

Well thats the point i was trying to get across. My "assumptions" might be valid, or they might be a total miss. Frankly I have no invested interest in what actually happened. Just trying to counterpoint the "fuck the police" brigade that inhabits these kinds of threads.

Or are you questioning me calling that brutality?
