1993 Nissan 240sx SE Hatchback (FT-Honda)

I traded my ae86 to a friend for this s13. I've had it for about 2 and a half months now. Just wanting to test the waters and see what sort of trade offers I can get. It's an automatic but I've got all of the 5speed swap parts to go with the car except for the shifter plate. I'll also throw in new rotors and brake pads for the front, a set of stock se's with tires that have good tread on them and 2 16s with decent tires. I'd like to keep it but I don't have the time or place to do the 5speed swap myself. On to the pros and cons..

The Pros:
S14 Ka24de (unknown mileage with 228,625 miles on the chassis, going up since it's my dd.)
J30 5bolt vlsd
B&G lowering springs (Stock struts)
Newly added Boso exhaust (Not pictured)
Windshield was replaced about a year and a half ago
Dash was crackless but now it has one crack above the cluster
All gauges work
Pioneer head unit
I'd give the interior about a 6/10, carpets just a little dirty but door panels have NO rips or tears
15x8 -62 offset, major deep dish rims (not sure of the brand, but they're sick af)
-185/50/15 on the rear (Tires probably have about 45% tread left)
-195/55/15 on the front
Set of SEs included with good tires
Two 16s with decent tread
AC and PS both work
Rear passenger side caliper recently replaced
Fender flares
Sleepy eye mod
New rotors and brake pads for the front
E brake delete button
Wingless deck lid, but there's a little bit of black overspray on the body
Battery's about a year old
Raised hood (Got them millimeters on deck so you can be JDM too!!)
Custom made RAM air intake from Top Hat Performance
No leaks
Recent oil change
Minimal body damage
I'm sure there's other things that I'm forgetting


The Cons:
Automatic (But comes with all of the 5speed swap parts listed except for shifter plate)

-Flexible steel braided clutch line
... and other shit too

Rip in driver's seat
Rear driver's side caliper leaks
Dent on driver's side
Pignose bumper has been cut for intercooler (No Lip)
Paint is chipping on driver's side front fender and is a slight beige color compared to stock white
No rear speakers
Windshield wipers don't work


I'm mainly wanting trades but since I have to put a price, I'll say.... $10,000 since it's an s13/4
I'll consider any trade offer except for boats, atvs, bikes, trucks, or any domestic brand. Imports only!! Miatas, 240s, Honda, I'd really like to have a Honda again... you get the point! And it MUST be a 5speed. Willing to add cash on top depending on the trade offer.
