the movie was released in 2004, and thus was eligible for awards during this past award season...

the 3 "awards" it was nominated for (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0349710/awards)

Great Movie, perfect to watch with your significant other...unless that significant other is also a male, then that would be gay.

I think I shall pass. It just doesn't seem to be something I feel to see. Later, QD.

What was the flaw?

that it took her 5 minutes to react to the red car pulling up....all of her thoughts and worries the whole movie and it takes till they get out of the car and turn to her for her facial expression to even change....i think as soon as she saw it she shoulda reacted...i dunno it just didn't match the way i thought she should feel after all of her fears through the whole movie...i know at least kevin agrees

I bought the DVD.The movie is great but not every firefighter dies at some point.Movies/tv series always show this kind of thing..weird.

The truly sad part is that I rented the movie.....it sat for 4 days....I never watched it......and I took it back...... :headslap:

Is it like backdraft?

Ha, my dad told me it was the slowest moving and most predictable movie ever and it sucked balls...
