ok, I have a 2002 civic lx and I want to do a head swap to the EX, so I need the EX ECU? Will it make it easier or harder if I get it?

yeh dude, your motor is fine as it is and by do that lil mini me swap you got there, aint really going to make a big difference, if anything you can save up and do a k20 swap which would be worth the investment depending on what your goals are.

yup K20 all the way, I believe its drop and play with new mounts in the new civics, but hasport makes it for the EK models too. Forget boost dude, go K20 all the way N/A that is.

If its anything like the older D 16 civics, youll need the ECU to operate VTEC. LX isnt VTEC , so its ECU cant control it.
