We are currently seeking a Sales Manager with the ability to work well with outside sales reps. The primary objective for this role will be to obtain new business and support growth through various lead sources from sales reps, or find them yourself where you will be paid a higher commission.
As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing relationships with national and international clients and oversee the sales of the company to ensure targets are being met. The right individual will have a proven track record in a sales environment.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing relationships with major national and international clients. The candidate should be a strategic and creative thinker with the ability to sell and provide customer service for firearms accessories.
Obtain new business.
Manage Outside Sales Rep Team.
Set sales/follow up goals, assess goals, strategies and resources on a regular basis.
Provide continual training/coaching to the sales reps about new products, promotions, etc.
Collaborate effectively with the sales reps.
Build rapport and relationships with dealers/customers through prompt, courteous, efficient, and professional service.
Develop and analyze current insides sales tools and identify specific improvement for implementation.
Must be able to travel to meet with Buyers and present products. Will usually return same day.
Desired Skills & Experience
Preferred some experience in sales and/or related experience and some knowledge/interest in firearms
Strong leadership skills and proven ability in management of a sales rep team.
Strong ability to close deals.
Excellent negotiation, initiative, organization and time management skills.
Excellent follow-up and communication skills.
Exceptional written & verbal communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A Can-do attitude with emphasis on sales and customer satisfaction.
Self-Motivated, self-starter, and strong self-discipline.
Strong motivation to exceed goals.
Salary and commission based on experience.
Perks:
