My friend's apartment is having trouble with it. They have Charter. The one I'm speaking of is XBLG20t's. We've done EVERYTHING we both could do to get it to work, to no avail.

yep, Charter. I couldn't get on all day yesterday. I tried about 20 times at different times and it would say that the site was not found. I even tried to Google it and click on the hyperlink and it wouldn't pull it up. I thought the site was down.
