Anybody know where to go to chip my ecu

Whats up everyone I have a 91 Integra gs with a high compression b20 swap. I would like to get my pr4 chipped. I just moved down from md and don't know any shops and I don't wanna go to a place where there gonna rip me off. If anyone knows of a place please let me know thanks.
