Quick question: Are 38mm WG spring different from 44mm?

Are the springs the same size, I believe they are the same. if its old style

I have the 44 so I can't really speak for the 38, but when I was looking to change mine out it seemed like they take the same spring, and the springs are just good for different pressures depending on which size wastegate.
