Does it start up for a split second but then stumble and die? And you have to catch it with high revs before it stumbles and dies? Or something else?

starts then dies.

Hmm.. Not sure what it is BUT -

In our Acura TL (J series family engine w/ur accord) in the winter time when gas stations switch to winter blend fuel apparently the gas separates with the engine temps after the car is warmed up then shut off. When you try to start it again it will start for a split second then stumble and die unless you feed it gas with the accelerator. When pumps switch back to summer blend no more problems. (Since we've been on summer a while probably not it)

Second thing : Could be clogged EGR ports?

Try cleaning the inside of the throttle body, by removing the intake components. Then open up the butterfly, and use a toothbrush with some throttle body cleaner/brake cleaner and clean up the gunk. Make sure you inspect your spark plugs and wires too.
