Chipped ecu

I'm about to chip my ecu and it's saying I need to solder in a resistor on R54 but I dont have a spot for it under J1. I saw a pic that didn't have R54 either that was chipped so I'm wondering if there is another spot for it or what.

This is on a obd1 P72 ecu.
