All of the previous skylines were based off of a sedan platform, the recent prototype Nissan released is the first GT-R not to be made from a sedan. I guess what I'm saying is yes, there are 4 door Skylines.

yes there were 4 doors, but they were not designated GT-R's.
except the few made for police, had a real small GT-R emblem in the front grill i believe in the bottom left side. i read a whole article on them one time on an online magazine. But they werent normal production
