All D series headers & flanges are the same, only thing you will have to do since you have a y7 is relocated the cat underneath the car & you can either do an o2 sensor delete or possibly run your o2 sensor into the aftermarket port & be fine.... or simply do it an easier & cheaper way, go catless & just plug your o2 sensor into the header & be good to go!
