Charter is alright, but they used to spam the hell out of me with calls 4-5 times a week trying to upsell me until I finally got fed up and threatened to cancel my service. Don't know if you can get Charter if Comcast is in your area though, my neighborhood is Charter so I couldn't even get Comcast.

I just really dislike comcast... when I finally cancelled my service they were charging me 95/month for one tv, no dvr, and no hd. I will look into charter, although from the reviews I've seen the customer service sucks, but if the connection is good I think I can deal with it.

What about Clear? They aren't too bad.

Well I know you can either buy the USB for $50 that you plug in your computer or the mobile wifi for $100 (which is what you need). The wifi can connect up to like 7 devices (I think) and still maintain fast internet. And the monthly payment is $50.

There is always U-Verse if it is offered in your area. I have heard good things about it, but also bad as well just like any other ISPs out there.

i like mediacom, not the cheapest option, but from my experiences i like it the best so far.

you generally wont have many options, if you have comcast @ home you wont be able to get charter. your only other option is DSL (call your telco) or 4g service, but sucks for online gaming.

I had clear internet service for a while..... Suck's ass you will get horrible signal if its semi cloudy outside and when you call them for tech support they will just tell you to move your box around and point it to the nearest tower.
