my brother in law came back from the military and has a 90s camry with a salvage texas title. i was reading the georgia requirement for inspection and it stated that you need a picture of before and after of the damage. well, the problem is that he got it from one of his friend who is also in the military and he dose not have a before damage picture of the car. what can i do with this situation? everything works but can still see the damage on the car. ( dented and wrinkled quarter panel )
texas dose not require a clear/rebuilt title to drive down there so everything was fine till he came to georgia. has texas title and tag
