I got this hatch in a trade as a shell almost 2 years ago and have been upgrading ever since.
performance wise is not quite where i want to be at yet but its slowly getting there.
its a 91 dx
built h22a on decent shot of nitrous
it built this car with only 1 intention of going fast, and completely streetable without getting noticed..
one day it will be painted and pretty but for now, this is how it looks.

I have a big, deep honda emblem just chilling in my room. Like such:

I've always thought it would be hilarious to get an EF, then mount the huge honda emblem in the dash somewhere and hook it up as a button for spray. sooo.... Want an emblem? lol.
Relentless

I swear I'm no idiot but I scrolled kinda fast and thought it was a b-series !! Till I read comments. That is definitely a super sleeper

you have to at least share your best time or your best/memorable kill

This set up has only been on the street 3-4 times. The best ones yet was a built Sti, 430hp Evo, and a 500hp vette
Also ran a Cammed LS fd rx7 he got the kick, pulled me and as I was realing him in he slammed his brakes. But he won I guess. As far as the track, it doesn't like it. At all.

What exactly is a "decent shot of nitrous"? an H22 EF is a bad bitch, but beating a 500hp corvette? Come on....

trade me for my integra lol

Lol, it's got enough nitrous. People who know this car will chime in and vouch..

Power to weight your car is about 10.5 lbs/1hp. A 500hp vette (using C5' weight) is 6.5 lbs per HP. unless you're running a ~150 shot, I dont see it.

By my math (which is admittedly bad) you're guessing about 202hp? He did say it was a built h22a, i'd give him a little more credit than that. and to match the vette he'd only need about 350hp, which is very believable, considering built motor & a "decent" shot :goodjob:

Its totally possible, just doubtful to me. Take it to the track and give us a time. I really would love to see this thing go in person. My original plan for my EF sedan was a H2b, but after looking at the cost/labor, i decided to go B20vtec instead.

i dont post up my numbers or shot because i like to keep the suprise factor when i go call people out, it went to the track 2 weeks ago, it spun a set of shitty hoosier slicks all the way till 4th gear. so needless to say times where horrible.
and i can assure you power to weight is a lot lower than 10.5.. and good bit lower than the vette.
heres a clip on the dyno
thats on radials as well..

Impressive no doubt. I really do want to see this thing go. Bring it to Friday night drags at AMS one night. There are no times and track prep is very good. 1/8th mile. sounds to me like you could take home a trophy.

I have a 93 si eg hatch full interior with h2b and stock with bolt ons and a b16 tranny, I know the svt cobras are sore around here, I would do h2b Bro. Think its nasty now, sorry but I will never go back to b series unless its a DD IMO. Car looks good Bro.

I wont go h2b, the gearing in my trans is shorter than a b16, and i can close my hood properly

Short geared H trans > all H2B.
