WTF? They don't have a regular jack?

Even if they don't have 2x4's they should have something (tools, etc) they could drive it up on to get a jack under it (hell even your factory emergency jack would work).

When I worked at tires plus, we could get lowered car on the rack. We had racks that would lift from the sides, not from under the car. And use a floor jack to lift the car, and slide the rack under.

well it turns out they couldnt even get it in the bay. And guess fucking what!?!?! They fucked up my front bumper too. I bitched at them and they said they will pay to get it fixed. I'll take pics in a bit. FUCK YOU NTB
