Keycard is still there, and unit is fully functional, and ill give you the harness if you think you can fix it, i just didnt want to spend the time. I also just emailed blaupunkt asking for info on the harness.

cool i'm going to ask somebody about fixing the harness what exactly is wrong with it

the sub out ground was bad, and my attempts at regounding failed. i just got off the phone with blaupunkt though, theres three harneses ( i only have the two i needed) theres the power harness, which is 7.50, theres the speaker harness for uding the internal amp (this one i dont have) for 8.50, and the rca out harness is 17.95. If you're planning on using a seperate amp, you only need ythe rca harness, and if you're planning on using the internal amp, you only need the speaker harness (the rca sub output is actualy on the power harness, so you get that regardless)
