I just bought a new 7 psi spring from Tial for $32. I don't need a 13 psi spring because I'm not boosting that much. I will sell this one for $25. Will fit tial all 38 mm wastegates. It is the small blue one which is 13psi. Call/text Brian 770-468-2937
