I am the Director of R&D at a company that is currently seeking sales people.
It IS commission based. But it is NOT a pyramid scheme, or a crappy job selling insurance / life insurance.
We are in the assessment industry. We pay 40% commission on each sale, so you make $400 every time you sell. There is no investment required (unlike with selling insurance where you have to pay to get a license). Our office is in Alpharetta but you wouldn't need to go there often, so you can sell in whatever part of town you want.
