have a 1995 s14 base model. 138k miles.
Check compressions on all 4 cylinders. They are in between 175-180 in all 4 cylinders.
Just top up the oil, so oil level is good.
Flushed the coolant 10k miles ago
Yesterday morning, upon going to work. I realized that while revving on 2-3 rpms the bigger fan(ac fan) starts making a lot of noise. Noisier than usual. It will stop doing that as soon as i start cruising.
I checked the overfill reservoir, and it's empty. Gonna add more coolant in there. The car (http://zilvia.net/f/#) drives the same. Ac blows cold and does not overheat.
What do you think the problem might be? I checked to make sure there's nothing blocking the fan, and it's good.
No noise at idle. It's the fan that attaches to the water pump
