Wiring question on eg obd1 harness

The dummy plug that has the cap on it with all the yellow/black wire to it. Question is where does that plug get main power from. What wire on what plug does it lug u too?

Its all 12 volt power, that gives your IACV/Injectors/EVAP power. 1 wire should go directly to ecu.

Yeah I got that. But the harness was undone for a tuck. I'm trying to fix his mess lol. The wire can it be connected to what ever yellow/black wire is cut on the engine harness plugs?
