I'm guessing it's not too hard/expensive to drop in a 4g63 on a dsmlink'd computer or something like that.

I'm going to try to find my old pics of Annihilation's Hyundai Elantra.

We got the car from some guy from Barbados down in Clarkston who was really big in the rally scene in barbados.

Hyundai elantra = looked exactly like this: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/8/84/'94-'95_Hyundai_Elantra.jpg

Any how, i believe for those years Hyundai used mitsubishi motors and somehow the 4G63T and trans from a 1G dsm bolted right in, I believe it even shared axles, but not 100% sure. Made for an awesome sleeper. We slapped on a PT67HO on there. Due to annihilation ghetto rigging the little hydraulic DSM timing belt tensioner, he completely bent like all of the valves on it's first drive LOL.

I'll try to dig up the pics and post up here, but that's immediately what I thought of when I saw this thread.

That actually sounds like a fun build.
