So as many of you know about that infamous 2" Cast bend of a greddy 18G turbokit. It's the real bottle neck of my B18 Setup.

I'm looking to a way to free it up...to a full 3" exits, if not a 2.5" flare to 3" so I can get it setup properly before tuning it. I also want to maintain the AC as well.

The problem is that I cannot a prefab-premade anywhere.

Does anyone in ATL know where I can find such piece? or where I can get it made in gwinnett area.

I'm looking for Tig-weld with good quality such as turboDave (He's too far).

Many thanks,
Kevin

Also, I was shown this option Split into 2 then merge down to 3" pipe?. Can anyone chime in?

I had this greddy kit back in the day. I think a 3 inch down pipe might be to much for that small of turbo.

i dont think youre gonna be able to fit a 3" with the split, id say a 2.5" is gonna be as good as it gets. but its def worth it.

kteller used to make a 2.5" dp after the elbow, not sure if they still do.

I've heard people able to free up good 20-40whp with 2.5-3" flare setup

Kteller does make one after the elbow, but for the 15G kit. What I'd need is to replace that entire elbow with better efficient setup though :(
