Wow

I can't even force myself to spend $1 on a ticket...

Yet i'll spend $20 on complete bullshit...
It's like the biggest scam ever, you have better payout chances with a street hustler playin three card monte- the lurking chance that his scam fails and you win, lolol

Prizes do not go up when jackpot raises unless you hit all 6. The breakdown is behind the play slip that you filled out unless you asked the sales associate for Quickpicks. Rookie :taun:

You do know that your chances of winning the jackpot with 1k tickets is no better than your chances of winning with 1 right?

You do know that your chances of winning the jackpot with 1k tickets is no better than your chances of winning with 1 right?
I'd figure its 1000x the infinitely small chance of you winning with a single ticket?

Still infinitely small, however.

Relentless

Its just as small of a chance for the person that won also

Drummerboy

the odds are listed all over the galottery.com site. But as I told my dad, SOMEBODY is going to win eventually. I think 3 people hit it last night, right?

Austin?

You do know that your chances of winning the jackpot with 1k tickets is no better than your chances of winning with 1 right?

This is not true (assuming you don't buy 1000 tickets all with the same numbers).

I'd figure its 1000x the infinitely small chance of you winning with a single ticket?

This is pretty much correct

This is not true (assuming you don't buy 1000 tickets all with the same numbers).

Each ticket is an individual entity and all 6 numbers must match. Because no numbers are eliminated there is no difference in your odds.

All of you are almost correct. You're all leaving out the contexts of the word "Odds" and the statistics involved with purchasing multiple tickets. When you buy multiple tickets, you're increasing your chances, but not your odds since the sequence of numbers isnt removed from a pool when you buy your ticket; meaning if you buy a ticket with a certain sequence of numbers, someone else can still buy a ticket with that same sequence of numbers

Odds are we all lost!! LOL
