FS p28 ecu chip

this was in my car and took it out after somebody ran into me. p28 program with a 2 set at 3200rpm and vtec at 3800rpm and redlines at 7k rpm also at redline cel light will flash. Works great and can test before buy. asking $150 call/text for fast respond 770-905-1683.

3.8k for vtec don't you think that little low to build up enough oil pressure?
