You sure that transmission is not damaged? I have parted out several integras over the years. When the pass side frame rail gets pushed over like in the pics It sometimes rips the tork mount in front of the transmission off. And that area is just out of view in the pics.

the motor and tranny are fine, there is about an inch gap in-between the headers and rad support and about 2 cm in-between the tranny and rad support, everyone is still fine except for the front bumper, headlights, rad, rad support, and some ac lines oh and fenders and hood
